Disposition versions
36. A party who discharges or replaces the advocate shall so inform the tribunal or the Tribunal and the other parties in writing without delay.
An advocate who wishes to withdraw from the file, must make and serve a written application on the Tribunal or the tribunal and on the other party. The tribunal or the Tribunal may authorize the withdrawal on the conditions it considers necessary according to the attendant circumstances.
